How to access the Internet banking site:
Simply use your current User ID (usually your account number) and Password to sign in as before.
You will find that your beneficiaries have been automatically loaded to the new platform.
You will need to register for Internet banking and then you will be able to login with your User ID and Password.
If your browser is not of the specified version, you will be required to upgrade your browser. You will know that your browser is out of date if you get a pop-up prompting you to upgrade your Browser (Please see the System Specifications tab).
Always ensure that you protect your personal information while online. We’re all used to getting some strange emails asking us to ‘click here’, send information about ourselves or claim a great prize we’ve won. Please ignore these messages, it is is called phishing.
