We are offering a graduate programme for future IT Developers.
Candidates need:
- University degree in Computer science with an academic average of 65% and above
- Good understanding of programming principles
The Graduate Programme is as follows over a 12 month period:
1st Month
- Concorde training
- Introduction to business
- Simple test scripts/reports development
2nd Month
- First steps in Oracle
- Simple test scripts/reports development
3rd Month
- Concorde skills improving by developing live requests
- Oracle skills improving by developing live requests
4-6 Month
- Becoming a specialist in particular Concorde modules
- Oracle skills improving by developing live requests
6-12 Month
- Real live project completion

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
