Step 1: Request for a new PIN in any of the Fidelity closest Branch
Step 2: You’ll receive SMS alert with 24 hours, Slot your card into Any Fidelity bank ATM and select any random 4 digits Number and press enter.

Step 3: Select “change PIN” to enter your preferred 4 digits PIN
Step 4: Re-enter the PIN the second time and submit.
How to register, create or reset PIN for Fidelity Bank USSD transaction
Dial *770*00# on the phone number you use to open your Fidelity Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) , it will ask for the last 4 digits of your debit card (that is your ATM Card number) , then you can create a 4 digit pin, then follow the other instructions.
To reset your pin
