THREE (03) YEAR CONTRACT POSITION
SALARY SCALE: R100 000.00 P.A. ALL INCLUSIVE
The Zululand District Municipality has established a three-year contract position geared towards capacitating young graduates for a career in Local Government Finance. Workplace experience is not required as substantial training and support will be provided by Municipal Officials to ensure the trainees’ progress to a successful career in the Municipality.
Requirements:
- A three-year tertiary qualification with major subjects in Financial/ Management Accounting and Local Government Finance
- computer literacy
- good communication skills (written and verbal).
Applicants are required to state their preferred role and include a MOTIVATION of how they meet each of the entry requirements.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that his/her foreign qualifications have been verified by the South African Qualifications Authority and supply the Municipality with the evaluation results
