Sol Plaatje University Application Form 2024 – 2025
Sol Plaatje University now uses a new online application system that allows prospective students to apply to study at the institution without having to pay an application fee. To apply online, students must use a computer with internet connectivity and have a valid email address. Applications must be completed online as the University will not be accepting manual applications. Prospective students are encouraged to download and read the ‘Guidelines on how to apply online’ document before applying. This document, along with the online application link, can be accessed here. Should applicants have difficulties applying online, they can send an email message to the Admissions Office on applications@spu.ac.za. The closing date for all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is 30 Nov
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The University has set the minimum academic requirements for admission to SPU’s study programmes in 2024 – 2025. The requirements are based on the results that applicants achieve in the South African National Senior Certificate (NSC) examinations. Applicants who hold certificates from a different examination system will be considered individually for admission. Note that if you satisfy the minimum admission requirements stated here, this does not automatically mean that you will be admitted to the study programme at SPU. The final decision on your admission will be based on your academic performance and the availability of space in the programme. The better your academic performance above this minimum, the better your chance of being admitted to study at SPU in 2024 – 2025.
