Investec is looking for young, aspiring data scientists, engineers, software developers, analysts (business, data and testing) as well as systems support engineers.

If you are a final year student within the world of technology, our Tech grad programme could be for you. Students who are curious, creative problem solvers with a passion for tech would be a good fit.

You will grow and learn in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud technology. We consider all institutions, as well as people with under 2 years of practical experience when assessing applications.
A closer look at our Investec Technology Grad Programme:
Tech grads will join us as permanent members of a technology team within our Sandton office. Exposure to on-the-job learning, partnered with a structured grad learning journey, will enable the start of your career within our entrepreneurial, flat structured culture. You will grow and learn in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud technology.

Tech Scholarship: we consider our Tech Scholarship to be a feeder into our Tech Grad Programme. Scholarships are awarded to students in their second year to the final year of studies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

• Must be a South African citizen or have the relevant work visa requirements if not a citizen
• Must be in your final year of studies towards a Technology qualification
• Students from all institutions will be considered, as well as people with under 2 years’ practical experience
• There is no age limit
• Must be dynamic, energetic and filled with tenacity, integrity and out-of-the-ordinary thinking
• Must value company culture
• Must have a can-do attitude while challenging convention
• Must be diverse, competent and have flexible leadership skills
