Mid-year results to be released on 23 July at 23h59.
Please note that the Second Semester will commence on 27 July . All queries related to results should be communicated to your Faculty.
In view of the adjustments made to the assessment rules for semester 1, new temporary result codes have been implemented.
EXPLANATION OF NEW RESULT CODES 
PASS/DEFERRED – PDF

A student who has one or more deferred Continuous Assessment tasks, and has obtained a final  mark of 50% or more for a module will receive a PASS / DEFERRED result code.

(NOTE – Please consult your Department for outstanding Term 2 tasks).
FAIL/DEFERRED – FDF
A student who has failed a module i.e. obtained less than 50% as a final mark will receive a FAIL/DEFERRED result code.
NOTE – A student will be allowed to redo the module (Term 2 components only) during the catch-up period).
DEFERRED – DFR
A student who has not been able to actively participate in Term 2 will receive a DEFERRED result code.
NOTE – A student will be allowed to redo the module (Term 2 components only) during the catch-up period).
