The Graduate Intern will be required to perform functions related to the specific area which they will be placed.

He/she will be trained, guided, and developed under the supervision of experienced Executives/ Managers/ Specialists for a 24-month period.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Participate in various business unit or business area related projects as and when assigned, and in line with development objectives.
  • Job shadow and provide operational support aligned to specific development outcomes.
  • Attend training and development programmes as and when assigned, linked to the personal development plan..

Qualifications

  • NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma
  • OR NQF 7: 3 year Bachelors Degree
