Allocation is a certain amount of money set aside for expenses. Abia State FAAC allocation grew from the 2011 figure of 48.1bn in 2011 to 54.9 in 2014 but significantly reduced to 30.7bn in 2016. It’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) was N14.92bn and N12.69bn in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Abia’s domestic debt profile – pegged at N53.5bn in December 2016 now stands at N60.65bn as at December 2017
