Adam A Zango also known professionally as Usher or Gwaska, is a Northern Nigerian actor, producer, scriptwriter, dancer, director and singer. He describes himself as one of the influential Hausa in the Word.

Early life and education

Adam Abdullahi Zango was born in October 1985 at Zango local government in Kaduna State, Nigeria to the family of Mallam Abdullahi and Hajiya Yelwa Abdullahi. Adam A Zango is not a graduate of any university or polytechnic. He thinks education goes beyond just having a degree or whatever. “If an individual can make and contribute positive things to himself and the people he lives with; learn from them and give back that knowledge he has in whatever capacity, I think that is real education. I have so much experience in life and I am well educated in my own capacity. It doesn’t have to be a degree or Masters or whatever.

Started his primary school career: 1989–1995, secondary school: 1996–2001.

Career

Adam Zango musical career started way back from secondary school activities lead days / social club events which he used to represent his school in government secondary school laranto Jos Plateau State Zango entered the Hausa film industry in 2001 as a music composer advantageously started his acting profession as a low-level actor and appeared in over 100 Hausa movies he aroused to international icon by winning Africa Movie Award in London, UK.

Prison

Adam A. Zango was remanded in prison for violating the censorship Board’s law in 2007 for release of his music video album Bahaushiya.
