Payment of Fees

Students are reminded that University regulations dictate that fees are payable on demand and they should therefore settle any outstanding balance on their account immediately. Please note that the onus is on you to pay the account on time.

Card or PayPal payments can be made online at the Student payment website
We only accept the following card schemes through the Universities payment portal:
All MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, JCB and Maestro.

WU® GlobalPay allows UK based customers to pay either through Pay by Bank Payments via the KLARNA open banking payment solution or using traditional bank transfer.
Pay by Bank Payments via Klarna allow you to pay easily and securely from your bank account without the hassle of having to enter any bank details.

3. Card payment & PayPal

Card or PayPal payments can be made online at the Student payment website
We only accept the following card schemes through the Universities payment portal:
All MasterCard & VISA, AMEX, JCB and Maestro cards are accepted.
 
PLEASE NOTE
The University’s bankers, in common with other UK banks, are subject to a series of regulations surrounding payments that originate, directly or indirectly, from a number of countries that are subject to economic sanctions. These countries are:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar (Burma), North or South Sudan, and Syria.
Students must not make payments to the University of Reading or Henley Business School originating from these countries without the University’s prior approval.
You must ensure that any payments from sponsors to the University are only for amounts due to the University. Any monies due to you from the sponsor must be made directly to you.
