ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN: (9 POSTS)
Basic Salary: R137 934 p.a. • Ref. LIB 10/12
ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN: PART-TIME (13 POSTS)
TCOE: R144 540 p.a. • Ref. LIB 11/12
Requirements: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) • familiarity with library services • an active interest in reading and general knowledge of various subjects • basic computer literacy • successful candidates will be required to work evenings and on Saturdays on a roster basis.
Key Performance Areas: Assisting the public with basic reading and information enquiries • assisting with promoting the library service and with outreach activities/programmes • performing necessary administrative tasks.
